CHEF JEROME

 

 

 

With a successful career as a stylist and men’s clothing designer under his belt, Jerome left fashion to attended the French Culinary Institute. While in school he volunteered at the James Beard House every chance he could get. There he was able to work alongside some of the culinary greats in the industry, an experience he considers highly invaluable. After graduating with honors, he went on to work at Elettaria, Lupa, and the Michelin starred Oceana and Gilt restaurants. SInce transitioning to private / catering he has built a high profile clientele and continues to work with the most respected catering companies of New York. 

 

 

 

Combining a fine dining experience, and down home cooking , Jerome delivers what he likes to call elevated comfort food. Beautifully executed and artistically plated. If it's a five course dinner, cocktail party or prepared meals to be left in the fridge it is all done with the same level of detail
